When keeping the disk 1 in custody, the dustproof cover 17 is mounted on the bottom part of the base 8, and both the hole 12 and the groove 13 are closed to prevent the intrusion of dust. The cover 17 is removed when the disk 1 is mounted to the optical disk recorder/reproducer, and the container guide hole 15B provided at the bottom part of the base 8 is matched to the guide pin.
