Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce a producing ratio of defectives remarkably and improve as well as stabilize a quality of a product by a method wherein an abnormal phenomenon showing a vulcanizing condition deviating from a specified value is detected and a treating signal such as a stopping operation or the like at a finishing time of one cycle is sent to a vulcanizing machine so as to prevent loading of a subsequent unvulcanized tire.
CONSTITUTION: A specification for vulcanization defined by a kind of tire to be vulcanized and an allowance range thereof are written into an information exchange data transducing and treating device 1 and an information read out with the same device 1 is memorized into a memory 2. Phenomena of treating factors such as temperature, pressure and the like during the vulcanization are continuously detected by a detector 3 under applying a time division and they are compared with specified values in a transducer 6 to transduce them into numerical values suitable to collation. A treating device 6 compares the vulcanizing phenomenon transduced by the transducer 4 and a start time output from a transmitter 5 with the specified values read out of the memory 2 and decides and treats whether the vulcanization is to be continued or not while a signal is sent into an output device 7 in accordance with the result thereof to control a loading of a subsequent unvulcanized tire into the vulcanizing machine.
