Abstract

PURPOSE: To form a film which is excellent in adhering and an joining property in superior productivity by a method wherein the surface of substance to be coated is treated under corona discharge, while energy ray hardening resin is applied, and the energy rays are irradiated.
CONSTITUTION: A film is manufactured in such a manner that the surface of the substance to be coated of plastic, metal, etc. is treated under corona discharge as the first process, an energy ray hardening resin composition is applied or laminated as the second process, while energy is irradiated as the third process, and the energy ray hardening resin composition is hardened. Thus, when said three processes are conducted continuously, a film of an energy ray hardening resin composition, adhering and joining property thereof are extremely excellent and productivity is remarkably superior can be manufactured.
