Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible that the operator performs coordinate matching while watching information directly, by placing the information face of an original face up by a structure where the scale glass agreeing accurately with coordinates (origin) of the photoelectric conversion scanning system is brought into contact with the original directly. CONSTITUTION:The original read by photoelectric conversion is put on position adjusting mechanism 5 so that the information face may be face up, and the original is covered with scale glass 2.
