Abstract
PURPOSE: To paint efficiently as an assembly line by one painting by heating with a high frequency induction heating apparatus without hanging an article to be painted.
CONSTITUTION: An article 1 to be painted is supplied to a conveyor 3 by a supply apparatus 2. While the article 1 to be painted is passed through a coil 5 of the high frequency induction heating apparatus 4, said article is excited by magnetic field and heated by generated electric current. Subsequently, the article 1 to be painted is dropped onto a conveyor 11 in powder resin 8 filled in a powder paint container 7. Into this powder paint container 7, air 10 is injected through a bottom surface 9 to fluidize the powder resin 8 as well as the article 1 to be painted and the powder paint is melted and adhered thereon to carry out the painting. The conveyor 11 transports the article 1 to be painted through the powder resin 8 and a post-heating trough 12 receives said article to be painted to pass it through a coil 12C of a high frequency induction heating apparatus 12B for melting the heated and adhered powder and the surface of the article to be painted is finished smoothly. Subsequently, the painted article is received in a product recovery box 13 and cooled.
