PURPOSE:To make it easy for detailed individual recording, using incoming charging information, to coexist with other telephone services, by providing an originating-side exchange with a four-wire channel, special charging trunk and information processor. CONSTITUTION:Once a special number is dialed through telephone set 21, switchboard 22 connects a ciricuit to charging trunk 26, which actuates information processor 28. Processor 28 records 29 the called-subscriber's number and also sends it to switchboard 30, and consequently subscribers 21 and 32 are connected together. Once subscriber 32 makes an answer, the up and down channels of trunk 26 are connected to announcement unit 33 by switching and incoming charging call guidance is sent to subscribers 21 and 32. As subscriber 32 accepts incoming charging and sends a fixed signal, a charging pulse is supplied to incoming charging meter 41. After their talk, processor 28 sends fixed information to an incoming charging information storage unit via a communication system.
