Abstract
PURPOSE: To make cost lower and assembling work more efficient by securing a metal braze on the sealing portions of the parts to be sealed, temporally assembling these and sealing these by melt sticking in a furnace.
CONSTITUTION: A metallized film 21 is formed on the sealing portions of metal sealing parts 20 and is applied with nickel plating 22 thereon. Further, this is coated thereon by spraying or the like with the silver copper braze prepared by powder of silver copper braze material or by mixing silver powder and copper powder at a fixed rate, for example 7:3 in wt%, adding organic material such as polyvinyl alcohol or carbitol acetate base as a binder and mixing these to paste form, after which the coating is stuck by drying, whereby a silver copper alloy layer 23 is formed. For example, in the assembling of exhaust pipes of magnetron, a sealing shell body, said metal sealing parts 30 and exhaust pipes are set sequentially to assembling jigs and after temporal assembling, the assembly is passed through a furnace, whereby the structural parts are sealed.
