Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled metal mold, in which a runner is constituted by a main body section and a branch section, and molding parts are arranged so as to cover the main body section when a plurality of moldings are disposed in three dimensions, and which can mold moldings favorable in case of later plating treatment, etc. CONSTITUTION:A molding groove 9 is made up which molds the branch sections of a runner under a condition that is connected to a molding groove 8, which is formed at a central section of a projecting streak section 7 of an upper mold 5 and molds a runner body, and concave sections 10 for molding parts are formed in response to the molding groove 9. A concave section 11 is provided to a lower mold 6 corresponding to the projecting streak section 7, and a molding groove 12 for the runner body and a molding groove 13 for the branch sections are each provided into the concave section 11 in response to the molding grooves 8, 9. Cavities 14 are built up by the molding grooves 8, 12, 9, 13 and the concave sections 10 for molding parts, while conductive resin is injected and a molding 15 is obtained. The parts 18 are each connected to the runner body 20 through the branch sections 19 bent in approximate L shapes, and distances between the parts 18 and the runner body 20 are taken largely.
