Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify the structure of sealing device by mounting a package packed with adsorbent into a rotating cylindrical package holding chamber freely attachably and detachably, and making a fluid flow through in vertical direction, and providing a vertically movable fluid passage member.
CONSTITUTION: Inside of a supply passage member 9 of waste gas D is always cut off airtight from inside of a discharge passage member 10 by a water tank 12, and the supply passage member 9 is cut off airtightly from outside by a water tank 15. Under this state, a shaft 1 and a stand 2 are rotated in the direction of arrow, and one of package holding chambers 7 is shifted to the desorption zone. In the desorption zone, a supply passage 17 is elevated, and discharge passage 19, 20 are lowered and they are cut off airtightly by water tanks 18, 13. Then, steam E is made to flow through to regenerate the adsorbent, and further, the adsorbent is regenerated by waste gas F. When the adsorbent is deteriorated, the old package is taken out and a new package 8 is inserted for replacement.
