Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the electric resistance in the welding part to perform the welding work simply and rapidly, by forming a groove in low conductive materials forming pressure welding materials and by welding low conductive materials to each other after high conductive materials and their boundary part are welded.
CONSTITUTION: A groove 24 is formed in low conductive materials 3A and 3B in one face near the butt welding part of pressure welding materials 1A and 1B so that faces 23A and 23B of high conductive materials 2A and 2B are exposed. In respect to low conductive materials 4A and 4B in the other face, a groove 25 is formed leaving thin layers 4a and 4b. After build-up welding parts 26A and 26B are provided in boundary parts between materials 2A and 2B and materials 3A and 3B in the groove 24, materials 2A and 2B are welded mutually to provide a welding part 27. Next, the butt welding parts of thin layers 4a and 4b are liquid phase welded to provide a welding part 28, and materials 4A and 4B and materials 3A and 3B are welded to form a welding part 30.
