Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence of such as the blister by deposition the thin metal on the effective picture face of an organic film coated on a fluorescent material face then baking and depositing a metal entirely. CONSTITUTION:A fluorescent material is coated on the inner face of a face plate 12 in the range A of effective picture face. A water soluble organic material mainly composed of acryl resin is coated over both of them to produce an intermediate film 13 on which the aluminum is deposited thinly through a deposition mask 15. Since said deposition film is thin, the gas state organic substance can be dispersed from the intermediate film 12 without causing the blister in next baking process. After eliminating the influence of blister due to the baking in such a manner, a metal film is deposited again. Consequently an inexpensive metal-back film having high reflection efficiency and not influenced by the blister ad the peeling can be formed.
