Abstract

Since said deposition film is thin, the gas state organic substance can be dispersed from the intermediate film 12 without causing the blister in next baking process. After eliminating the influence of blister due to the baking in such a manner, a metal film is deposited again. Consequently an inexpensive metal-back film having high reflection efficiency and not influenced by the blister ad the peeling can be formed.
