Abstract

PURPOSE: A recording solution for ink jetting having improved dispersion stability of pigment, obtained by dispersing pigment into an aqueous medium containing a polymer consisting of both a hydrophilic structural part and a hydrophobic structural part as a dispersant in such a way that the particle diameter of the pigment and the molecular weight of the polymer satisfy a specific relationship.
