Abstract

PURPOSE:To circulate waste water, prevent scale deposition on an osmosis membrane and improve the treating efficiency of impurities by connecting the outlet and return port of a waste water circulating tank to the primary chamber of a permeating device segmented with the reverse osmosis membrane. CONSTITUTION:Waste water of a washing machine 1 is received in a tank 2, and is pumped 3 into a circulating tank 11 via a filter 4. The waste water is supplied from the outlet of the tank 11 to the primary chamber of a permeating device 13 by way of a high-pressure pump 12, and is returned to the return port of the circulating tank 11 through a pressure control valve 15 and a cooler 17, whereby the waste water is circulated. At this time, the control valve 15 controls the primary chamber pressure of the device 13 to a prescribed value so that the water permeates from the primary chamber to the secondary chamber and is thereby removed of impurities and is made into clean water. When the impurity concentration on the primary side assumes a prescribed value, the supply to the tank 11 is stopped, and the valves 19, 25 are changed over to send the concd. waste water to a waste-liquid solidifying device 23, where it is treated. On the other hand, the clean water is stored in a tank 27 and is reused for the washing machine 1.
