Abstract
PURPOSE:To remove such wave obstacles as a subreflector mounting frame, a supporting pillar, etc., and improve the antenna efficiency and the wide angle directional pattern, by fixing a subreflector to the dielectric wave director through the top hat matching rod of the subreflector top hat part. CONSTITUTION:A screw hole of matching is made on the top hat part in the junction surface with a subrefector 3 of the dielectric wave director 2, and a through- hole for a screw is made on the top hat part of the subreflector 3, as well. The top hat matching rod 7 which is a top hat matching part consisting of a fitting nut 5 for the matching screw, and the subreflector mounting and matching screw; and a matching part space 8 compensates a reflected wave to the primary horn 1 by reflecting to the primary horn 1 a wave keeping the relation of opposite phase and same amplitude to a wave which is reflected to the primary horn 1 from the subreflector 3 in the antenna equipment. The subreflector 3 is fixed to the dielectric wave director 2 by said matching rod 7.
