Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the probability of double catch, in the selection of circuits provided between the automatic telephone exchange devices one said device selects a circuit in the order of the idle state of catch and release and the other device selects a circuit in the mode contrary to the above order. CONSTITUTION:The two-way circuits C1-CN are connected at their both ends to the channel switch network NW of the automatic converters A and B each via the trunk circuit BWT. The controller CC of the devices A and B each performs the control for the circuits C1-CN plus the trunk circuit BWT, and at the same time detects the idle or busy mode for the circuits C1-CN to give a writing or reading into/out to the memory device M. The device A performs a selection/catch of the circuits by the controller CC, and from the device M in the order of the idle state of the circuits; while the device B performs the same procedure in the mode contrary to the above order.
