PURPOSE:To record continuously information of plural information sources for a long time, by recording information given from plural information sources onto the optical recording device which rotates in a low speed continuously. CONSTITUTION:Input information are encoded successively by encoder 9, which scans information of plural information sources given through respective terminals of input terminal device 1 to encode them binary signals successively, and are output as pulse laser beams from laser beam transmitting device 10 and are recorded onto the optical recording device which rotates in a low speed. information recorded in this manner are read by reader 12, and information selected by selecting device 7 is decoded by decoder 6 and is displayed on display device 8.
