Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a sufficient quantity of exposure on the space part, by providing a white member on the surface or the reverse side of end part of an original bedplate and also providing a reflection plate which reflects only the white member by receiving a part of the illuminating luminous flux, on the adjacent part of the reverse side of the original bedplate, so that it is related only when the space is formed. CONSTITUTION:The original part is illuminated symmetrically by the main illuminating luminous flux LM which is directly emitted from the illumination light source 4, and the sub-illuminating luminous flux LS by the sub-reflector 5. And, the original end part corresponding to the space part area is illuminated by not only the main illuminating luminous flux LM and the sub-illuminating luminous flux LS but also the illuminating luminous flux LR for forming the space part, which is reflected by the reflection plate 6, and provides the more quantity of exposure than that which is provided to the original part, on the sensitive body. The reflection plate 6 is provided on the outside of both the main illuminating liminous flux LM and the sub-illuminating luminous flux LS, is related only when the space part is formed, and irradiates only the white member 3. In this way, the quantity of exposure of the space part is increased by 50% or so comparing with the quantity of exposure from the white original part.
