Abstract

PURPOSE: To shorten a manufacturing process of a laminated board by a method wherein a sticky liquefied thermohardening resin composition containing a filler and not containing a solvent is applied on a base material and dried at a specified temperature.
CONSTITUTION: A sticky liquefied thermohardening resin composition containing a filler and not containing a solvent is applied on a thermohardening resin prepreg, continuously transporting the prepreg. A laminate is formed by stacking several sheets of the prepregs after applied, heated at 80°C or less from room temperature or more to change the thermohardening resin composition at a central section to a B-stage, cut in fixed dimensions, and pressed and heated, thus manufacturing a laminated board. Consequently, there is no defect in case of handling because a solvent is not used for the thermohardening resin composition applied on the prepregs, and the laminated board can be manufactured without requiring a number of processes.
