Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve efficiency of the device by a method wherein a circulation loop of heating medium for heating is composed of a path comprising a heat collector, a load and a pump, while a circulation loop for cooling is composed of a path comprising the heat and a path comprising an evaporator, another pump and the load.
CONSTITUTION: A circulation loop for heating is composed by connecting one end of a heat collector 1 to the inlet of a load 11' through control valves 16, 12 and three-way valves 17, 18 and connecting the outlet of the load 11' to the other end of the heat collector 1 through a valve 13 and a pump 2. On the other hand, a circulation loop for cooling is composed of a path comprising valves 16, 4, the producer 7' of a single/double-purpose absorption type refrigerator 7 and the pump 2 and a path for circulating the low-temperature medium in an evaporator 7" into a three-way valve 19, the load 11', the three-way valves 18, 17, a valve 5 and the evaporator 7" by a pump 8. The inlets I, I' of a cold water tank 20 is connected to the three chambers of three-way valves 18, 19 and the outlet O of the tank 20 is connected to the three chambers of the three-way valve 17.
