Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to obtain the desired formed beam easily without physical restriction, by using the corrugated horn as the primary radiator supplying maximum power and using usual horns as other primary radiators. CONSTITUTION:The corrugated horn 11a is used for the primary raidator supplying power and usual circular horns 11b, 11c are used for other two primary radiators. As a result, in comparison with the case that the corrugated horns are used for all the primary radiators, the distance among the primary radiators can be narrower. Accordingly, since the diameter of usual circular horns is smaller than that of the corrugated horn, the desired formed beam can easily be obtained for the reflection mirror antenna using such primary radiators.
