The flanges 11, 11' are U-shaped being opened inside, and the the one of flange 11 is fixed on a metal fitting 4, which is jointed with main axis 13 of winding machine 12 consisting of motor and reduction gears, through a tap hole made in the flange by a bolt 15. Winding of coil is made by rotating the main axis 13 of winding machine.
