Abstract
PURPOSE: To operate a plurality of reciprocating measuring cylinders synchronously by a mechanism wherein a rocker arm is rocking by means of a wing having an inclined contacting edge by reciprocating motion of the single actuating rod.
CONSTITUTION: When the compressed fluid is supplied to the cylinder 17 of a fluid compression driving unit 2, a piston rod 3 is lifted up to push the ends 22, 24 of the rocker arms 18, 19 as shown by arrow B by lifting up respective contacting edge 7, 8, which causes to rock the other end 34, 35 to the arrow C direction. This allows to lower simultaneously the plungers 28, 29, the pressurized filling liquid within the cylinders 30, 31 being conveyed to the mixing discharge unit 46 by passing through the pipes 38, 39, two way valves 40, 41 and discharge pipes 47, 48. In changing the discharge ratio of reciprocating measuring cylinders 26, 27, a variable wing 6 is turned a certain angle in clockwise or counterclockwise direction to loosen the bolts 10, 13, which adjusts the inclined angle of the contacting edge 8 against the inclined angle of the contact edge 7 of the fixed wing 5.
