Abstract

PURPOSE: The captioned device which is so constituted as to mechanically perform taking out as well as screening and containing of segment core plates from a ring which is making intermittent rotation continuously and which is easy to operate, is safe and requires less manpower.
CONSTITUTION: A notching press 1 is operated and along with the intermittent rotation of a ring 2, the segment core plates 6 blanked with slots 5 in segment blank plates 3 are formed. After the plates 6 are automatically risen by a rising mechanism 16, they are detached from positioning pins 4 and are then sucked by the suction mechanism 15 at the end of the arm 14 of a conveying automatic loader 7, whereby they are detached from the ring 2. Next, the plates 6 are carried to the position of a conveying conveyor 8, are detached from the mechanism 15, are conveyed by the conveyor 8 and are stopped in the stopper 17 position. The plates 6 in this state are lowered by a lifter 19 and further risen by a magnet conveyor 20 and are handed to the second conveyor mechanism 22, thus while being conveyed with the mechanism 22, they are suitably stacked in multiple containing racks 24 by kinds and numbers.
