Abstract

The actual rolling data for the former rolled product and the model correction factor are calculated from the functional model formula λi=fi (δ, Q, S, H, h, ..., εi), in which λi is the shape parameter, δ is the intermediate roll's position, Q is the roll bending, S is the screw- down position, H is the inlet side sheet thickness, h is the outlet side sheet thickness, and ε is the model correction factor.
