Abstract

PURPOSE: To carry out the leak detection precisely and rapidly by using the maximum value difference of temperature during the determination by disposing the temperature sensor in the master and the masking jig so as to directly touch the fluid in the jig in order to detect the temperature.
CONSTITUTION: The temperature sensors 22' and 23' are mounted in the masking jigs 10, 19 of the master 4 and the work 5 and disposed so as to contact directly the sealed air in the master 4 and the work 5 and detect this air temperature and connected to the temperature and voltage converters 26, 27 through the wirings 24, 25. The conversion signals from the converters 26, 27 are inputted to the maximum value hold devices 34, 34' disposed in the temperature compensating circuit 28' to maintain the maximum value, inputted to the adder 29'. The sensitivity adjuster 30' carries out the conversion of equivalence of differential pressure by the adder 29' and the output thereof is inputted to the leak determination circuit 32 together with the detection signal from the differential pressure detection mechanism 31 of the leak detection device 3 and the equivalence of the differential pressure of the maximum temperature value is subtracted from this leak detection signal to be transmitted to the meter relay 33.
