Abstract

PURPOSE: To devise to separate molded product from a mold without damaging forging molded product and the mold by controlling an arm in which a knock out pin vertically applied and fixed on its upward movement, performing elastic setting the arm to the upper mold and arranging a control member that allows this arm to go up later than the upper mold after molding.
CONSTITUTION: A forging machine 1 consists of the fixed lower mold 3 and the vertically moving upper mold 2. In the lower part of the upper mold, a through space 6 in the horizontal direction is provided, and in the space, a knock out arm 7 that traverses through it is inserted.
