Abstract
PURPOSE:To effectively cool the whole vane while decreasing thermal stress, by forming a portion, which must be cooled, of this turbine moving vane by an aggregate manufactured by bundling thin tubes while opening cooling passages to a web portion and the back of the vane. CONSTITUTION:A vane portion except a dovetail 3 of this moving vane 2 is molded by means of an aggregate produced by bundling thin tubes 7 molded by heat-proof materials, and is root portion is fixed to a platform 8. Each thin tube 7 is opened 11 to a header 9 mounted to the inside of the dovetail. Meanwhile, the other ends of each thin tube 7 are opened 12 to the surfaces of the vane of a web portion, the back, etc. by working a flank and a nose portion of the aggregate in vane-like shapes after welding each thin tube 7 because the B-B sectional area of the vane contracts toward the direction that its radius becomes larger. Thus, air introduced into the dovetail 3 through a disc 1 is distributed to a passage 13 by means of the header 9, uniformly cools the vane while flowing out from openings 12, and forms air films.
