Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a memory scan device which performs a quick and accurate memory scan action through a simple constitution and then reads out quickly the data memorized in the memory.
CONSTITUTION: With push of operation switch 6, the output of memory scan signal generation circuit 21 is supplied to clock generation circuit 22. And the generated clock signal and the output of circuit 21 are supplied to counter 12 via OR circiut 23. The output of counter 12 is supplied to address register 3 in the form of the address control signal as well as to data register 25. Thus the address is displayed at display circuit 26. When the address signal is supplied to memory 1 from register 3, the reading signal is supplied from switch circuit 2. And the memory contents of memory 1 is displayed at display circuit 5. Accordingly, the data of memory 1 is read out quickly and confirmed with every push of switch 6.
