After that, the written fixed pattern is read out to register 102, and a fixed pattern generated by data compare circuit 110 and read information are compared with each other. When disagreement is detected, IC memory chip 112 is made write/read disable through control line 120. Simultaneously, IPL circuit 122 is started to perform information, thus making system restart possible.
