Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the fluid exchange time considerably and prevent generation of stagnation and eddy, by dividing the inside of a sampler into plural rooms by partition plates having holes and by causing new fluid to fill respective rooms successively.
CONSTITUTION: In a well type sampler, the part inside sampler wall 1 is divided by partition plates 5 and 7 provided with holes 8 and 11 and partition plates 6 and 8 provided with hole 10. Fluid to be monitored enters into sampler inside wall 1 from fluid inlet 3 by a pump and fills rooms divided by partition plates 5 and 8. When fluid enters furthermore, fluid is moved from hole 9 provided in partition plate 5 to the room surrounded with partition plates 5 and 6. Next, fluid fills the room surrounded with partition plates 6 and 7 through hole 10 provided between well 2 and inside 1 and enters into the next room and goes out from fluid outlet 4. Consequently, the fluid exchange time can be improved considerably, and generation of eddy and stagnation can be prevented.
