Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to generate power by obtaining the rotation in the same direction even if the direction of the fluid flow is reversed by employing turbine blade of an automatic variable pitch structure.
CONSTITUTION: When the fluid flows in the direction of full-line arrows, it pushes turbine blade B up to stopper C. Since turbine blade B is fixed at this position, it receives pressure from the fluid. That is, it moves shaft A toward the left. Next, when the flow of the fluid is reversed in the direction of dotted line arrows, turbine blade B comes into contact with stopper Ca. In this case, turbine blade B receives pressure in the same direction as described above from the fluid, and it moves shaft A toward left.
