Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to integrate accurately a fluctuated measured physical quantity by providing an operation circuit and a memory element which divide an input up to effective digits in a measuring unit time and output the quotient and the remainder.
CONSTITUTION: The output side of physical quantity detector 11 for a measured object is connected to the input side of sampling circuit 12. The output of detector 11 which is subjected to sampling by timing pulses of a prescribed period is converted to a count number corresponding to the physical quantity by A/D converter 13 and is given to the first input end of adder circuit 14. The second input end of this adder circuit 14 is connected to the output side of memory circuit 15, and the output of memory circuit 15 and the output of A/D converter 13 are added, and the result is outputted to operation circuit 16. Then, only effective digits of the output of adder circuit 14 is subjected to division by a divisor measuring unit, and the quotient and the remainder are outputted to integrator circuit 17 and the input side of memory circuit 15 respectively. Thus, the physical quantity of the fluctuated measured object can be detected accurately, and a reliable integration value can be obtained.
