Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable closed loop control of flow or pressure by a hydraulic system which eliminates the necessity of strict control of working oil against contamination and which prevents rapid responsiveness by providing a proportional flow control magnet valve or a proportional pressure control magnet valve with a detector for detecting the position of a valve body of the valve.
CONSTITUTION: A calculated deviation signal 7 is added to a control signal 8 which is to be transmitted from a speed signal setter 5 to a proportional flow control magnet valve 3, thereby forming a modifying signal 9. A signal converter 10 converts the modifying signal 9 into a level of a valve body position signal, that is, the modifying signal 9 is converted into a conversion signal 11 by the signal converter 10. A comparator arithmetic circuit 12 compares a detection signal from a valve body position detector 4 of the proportional flow control magnet valve 3 with the conversion signal 11 to calculate a deviation between the two. The calculated deviation signal 13 is added to the conversion signal 11 to thus form a modifying signal 14 which is now converted by a further signal converter 15 into a signal level which is to be applied to a coil of the proportional flow control magnet valve 3. A finally necessitated feedback loop is the stage at which a deviation signal 7 is added to a control signal 8 to form a modifying signal.
