Abstract

PURPOSE: To carry out the uniform lining with high commodity value and without secondary public nuisance by a method wherein, after a material such as particulate waste material or the like is densified and molded under pressure, the obtained molded article is immersed within a coating solution by utilizing spring back to carry out the surface layer lining of a molded article.
CONSTITUTION: If a material such as incinerator ash, soil or the like of urban garbage or the like is introduced into a mold 1 and densified under pressure by operating an oil pressure cylinder 3, air and moisture within a material is squeezed out from holes 2 and flowed out from a port 8. In this condition, a coating solution of cement or the like is introduced from a port 8 until reached almost to A portion to raise a press plate 4. Then, because the material is subjected to spring back, a cement solution is absorbed into the material as well as adhered to the surface thereof. If a surface hardened layer is formed in this way, the binding strength with the interior material becomes strong and uniform and the available utilization to civil engineering material or the like is attained.
