PURPOSE:To obtain a highly safe stabilizer by molding it with a molding material comprising a nonfilling agent, red phosphorus and fibrous material subject to a thermosetting resin and an aluminum hydroxide as essential components. CONSTITUTION:The transformer, the metal magnetism shielding plate 6 and the capacitor 4 are solidly molded from a noncombustible thermosetting resin molding material, containing about 15-30wt% of a thermosetting resin and about 20wt% or more of an aluminum hydroxide, which comprises abour 60-75wt% of a nonfilling agent, about 0.5-5wt% of red phosphrous and about 5-15wt% of a fibrous material. Thus, the magnetic leakage, vibration and noise can be prevented.
