Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable waste materials to be completely crushed, ground and treated by intermeshably disposing plural rotory feeders which revolve mutually oppositely at an equal speed and two comb-tooth type rotary cutters having relative speeds.
CONSTITUTION: The rotary feeders 3, 3 provided with respectively one or more of blades 1, 1' whose end locus circles l, l' overlap and revolve in the mutually opoosite directions at an equal speed are continuously provided in the feed port for waste materials and following to these feeders 3, the two comb-tooth type rotary cutters 4, 4' having mutually relative speeds are so constituted that their end comb- teeth intermesh with the comb-teeth 1a, 1a' of the respectively foregoing blades 1, 1'. Even if the waste materials from the feed port 5a are spherical slipperly dust and soot, they are completely fed into the cutters 4, 4' with ease without being left, and are thereby crushed and ground, after which the ground materials are compression- dehydrated by way of a screw 6 and are discharged through the discharge port.
