Abstract
PURPOSE: To efficiently form a film having a uniform highly strong strength and protecting a rock bed without marring an appearance of the slope, by spraying according to a given process two solutions, which are prepared by adding an accelerant or catalyst to a given resin, for the purpose of protecting rock bed slope.
CONSTITUTION: A liquid B, which is prepared by adding organic peroxide catalyst, such as benzoyl peroxide and so on, to polyesthele resin, and a liquid A, which is prepared by adding a reaction accelerant, such as aromatic No.2 amin and the like, to polyesthele resin, are pressuredly fed continuously so that two solutions meet one another at a spraying device 1. Joining of the liquids A and B results in performing a reaction to form a transparant and uniform film having a highly strong strength. The aforesaid resin has a normal thermosetting property and is prepared by a solvent so that it has 1 to 8 poise viscosity, 10 to 12 percent elongation rate and 5 to 40 munutes gel time, and is sprayed several times as need arises. And thus, the present process having an excellent working efficiency is the two-liquid system which leads to an easy control of process, such as mixing and the like, and is suitable for a mass and continuous application.
