CONSTITUTION: When branch instruction C is set in instruction read register 2 and a trace interruption indication bit is in operation, a signal is led to FF10 by way of delay circuit 12 and AND circuit 11, and when the branch conditions are met, FF10 is set. Consequently, trace control circuit 9 interrupts trace processing and instruction C is executed again afterward; and when the branch conditions are not met, FF10 is reset and the trace processing is restarted. As a result, putting the trace interruption into effect as needed prevents the unnecessary consumption of a tracing memory.
