Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the attenuation of the oscillation of frequency same as the resonant frequency of a resonator, which is provided in a bypass, in addition to an ordinary valve structure, in an attenuation generating valve unit, by providing a response structure which opens the path by the resonance of the resonator.
