Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a steel pipe soil concrete pile securing powerful vertical supporting force, by composing soil concrete pile and steel pipe pile having joining force of soil concrete to steel pipe inner surface greater than vertical load acting upon single pile.
CONSTITUTION: This steel pipe soil concrete pile consists of single pile by the combination of steel pipe pile 1 and soil concrete pile 2 which is made by mixturing soil at original position and cement type setting liquid under the ground. In pile 2, the volume ratio of the cement type setting liquid against soil at original position 1 is 0.6W0.3, whereas the weight ratio of water against cement 1 inside the cement type setting liquid is 1W0.5 respectively. As the result, the joining force of the soil concrete against the steel pipe inner surface can be constituted to become greater than the vertical load acting upon single pile. In addition, the top end of pile 2 is protruded to come below the top end of pile 1 and protruding portion 2a of pile 2 is made to have the diameter larger than that of pile 1, thus enabling to obtain much greater vertical supporting force.
