In this way, the oil pressure chamber 11 is linked to a hole 21 further linked to the outside through a passage 15 and an air in the oil pressure chamber 11 can be bleeded. Then the plug 13, if the depressing force is removed, is reset to the original position by the restoring force of the belleville spring 17 to allow the sealing member 14 to make a contact with the inner wall surface of the body 10 thus causing the oil pressure chamber 11 to be shut off its connection to the outside.
