Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the exposure through sure synchronization of conpying original paper and copying paper by providing a preadjustable setting device which stops a moving frame in the exposure stroke start position and a mechanism for detection of the passage of the beginning and final ends of copying paper. CONSTITUTION:When a copying start switch is closed, a moving frame 30 moves and reaches the exposure stroke start position, then the end part 68 of its protruding lever depresses the pushing piece 76 of a switch S3, thereby disconnecting the contacts of the switch S3 to stop the moving frame 30. This position is made preadjustable and may be fixed when it is determined. Next, when the leading end of the copying paper depresses the pressing piece 65 of the detection mechanism, the switch S1 actuates and the moving frame 30 starts moving in the forward direction in synchronization with the copying paper 3, whereby the exposture stroke is started. Next, when the trailing end of the copying paper 3 passes by the position of the pressing piece 65, the contacts of the switch S1 open and the moving frame 30 returns in the opposite direction. Next, the protruding lever 68 of the moving frame 30 fits to the hook piece thereby opening the contacts of the moving stop lock switch. Thereafter, the copying is reiteratively accomplished by the similar operations.
