Abstract
PURPOSE: To inexpensively obtain the aiming mirror plate of a radiation generator such as non-destructive inspection apparatus by bonding the glass-made reflector having the surface roughness of less than the wavelength of an aiming ray onto a substrate.
CONSTITUTION: A light reflector 6a made of glass of a smooth surface of about 0.05W0.3mm in thickness is affixed by means of adhesive agent to the central part of a substrate 6a being a thin plate to constitute an aiming mirror part 6b, whereby the aiming mirror plate is obtained. The abovementioned aiming mirror plate 6 is mounted to a collimator 2 for emitting the X-ray from a target 1 through its radiation port 2a and is used for correctly setting the place of the inspecting work to be photographed by letting the ray 9a from the aiming light source 9 be reflected by the mirror part 6b, forming a light spot 10 on the inspecting work 4 and using that position.
