CONSTITUTION:The steering clutch 9 is constructed such that a transmission member 11 is placed beteen bearing 10 and spindle 4 in spindle case 8 while a slidable member 13 having a dog nail 12B gnawable with a dog nail 12A at the end of transmission member 11 is fitted slidably to the spindle 4, and on-off of transmission to the spindle 4 is performed by sliding the slidable member 13 through spring 14.
