CONSTITUTION:A semi-transparent mirror 2 in placed on the reference axis A1, being parallel thereto, and two full reflection mirrors 3 are placed in the poisition axis-symmerical to axis A1, and the center of the intersection of reference light R and specimen light S is disposed on the axis A1 at a distance of l from the center of the two mirrors 3. A total reflection mirror 10 has its center coincided with the axis A1, and when the light R and light S are reflected by the object being measured 5, each scattered light is received by an effective aperture and is sent to a photo detector 7.
