CONSTITUTION:A supporting rod 2 is secured to a rotary shaft 1, the supporting rod 2 being provided with plows 3 and guid vanes 4, the supporting rod 2, the plows 3 and the guide vanes 4 turning, in a body, in the direction of arrow. Substances to be treated are slowly transferred, accumulating at the outer circumference side of the apparatus because an exhanst port 5 is closed. The maldistribution is eliminated and fermentation is accelerated by provided the guide vanes 4 whose transferring direction is opposite to that of the plows 3.
