Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce cost and make lifetime semi-permanent by connecting a switching element for signal input to the input terminal of a photo coupler and a transistor to the output terminal respecitvely and using said transistor in a switching region.
CONSTITUTION: A light emitting diode LED constituting a photo coupler PC, a control resistance Rb and a photo coupler driver A using a transistor or IC element R are series-connected between control voltage +VA and OV. Also, a parallel circuit of a surge absorbing diode D and a signal input relay Rya, a transistor Tr for relay Rya deriver and a reverse voltage protecting diode Da are series- connected between control power source +VB and OV. With such constitution, the emitter of the transistor constituting one of the coupler PC via limiting resistacne Ra is further connected to the base of the transistor Tr and this collector is connected to the collector of the transistor Tr.
