Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to increase integration density with circuit components reduced in number by dividing signal input lines into two groups, by arranging integrally logical functions at cross points of respective signal input lines and then by extracting signal outputs combined in common. CONSTITUTION:The circuit consists of signal input terminal Al(l=1 to 7) signal output terminal X, 1st signal input groups N11 to N14, 2nd signal input line groups N21 to N23, signal output line N31, inverters G11 to G14, transistor Trm (m=1 to 6), and resistance R7. Although the logical function of the above-mentioned circuit is the same as before, the number of circuit component elements is smaller. Namely, the function of each Trm is equivalent to the sum of functions of diodes distributed on eah conventional signal output line and collectors of respective Trs can be combined commonly into one signal output line N21, so that the need of a circuit element equivalent to a conventional OR gate will be eliminated.
