Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the subject structure wherein a rotor core having recesses for bearings on both end surfaces, rotor metal fittings 4 and a rotor clamping part 3 are formed integrally with a cylindrical rotor magnet by a high molecular material, thereby to improve the function of a converter, and miniaturize and thin a watch.
CONSTITUTION: A rotor 1 is fabricated by forming integrally with a cylindrical rotor magnet 2 made of a magnetic material of an intermetallic compound of rare earth group such as SmCo5 or the like. According to this arrangement, since the rotor magnet 2 is cylindrical, the outer diameter of the rotor is reduced to decrease the inertia efficiency of thereof, the recesses 7 and 8 for the bearing are overlapped sectionally on the rotor metal fittings 4 thereby to shorten the axial length of the rotor core 6 and also the height of the rotor 1.
