Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve highly accurate positioning and the improvement of reliability by coaxially and flatly disposing respective buffer rings, an inside circumferential ring and an outside circumferential ring composed of a thin steel plate and connecting these symmetrically and mutually alternately by means of joints. CONSTITUTION:The elastic supporting body is provided with three different diameter buffer rings 33a, 33b, 33c between an outside circumferential ring 32 and an inside circumferential ring 31 composed of a thin steel plate and these rings are coaxially and flatly disposed. The outside circumferential ring 32 and buffer ring 33a are connected by means of joints 34 disposed equidistantly by leaving an angle of 120 deg., the buffer rings 33a and 33b being connected in the position having a deviation of 60 deg. from the connecting positions and the buffer rings 33b and 33c in the same angle position as that of the outside circumferential ring 32 and buffer ring 33a. The buffer ring 33b and inside circumferential ring 31 are also connected by the joints 34 in the similar manner. Such symmetrical position relation lets self- resonance be effectively suppressed and since the spring characteristics act only in the axial direction, the lateral vibration components do not occur and sufficient follow-up is made even for the large axial movement.
